Description

Graceful, swooping arms flow from a tall back on this swivel chair before dropping cleanly toward a smooth, turning base. The base lets the chair face wherever the moment calls for, from the fireplace to the window. A soft beige boucle cover adds touchable texture and a light, warm tone.

A deep feather down cushion and a bordered back pillow make it a chair you will want to sink into at the end of the day. Its tailored shape fits comfortably in a reading corner or facing a sofa across a cocktail table. The lines stay clean and finished all the way around, so it can float in the middle of a room.

About the brand

Family-owned furniture from Lenoir, NC since 1889

Bernhardt's story began in 1889, when John Mathias Bernhardt started making bedroom furniture from the native white oak around Lenoir, North Carolina. More than 135 years and four generations of family leadership later, the company is still headquartered in Lenoir and still known for the reliability and integrity its founder built his reputation on.

Bernhardt added upholstery in 1958 with its high-fashion Flair division and today designs luxury furniture for every room, with casegoods crafted from fine woods, veneers, stone and other natural materials, and upholstery backed by a lifetime warranty on frames and springs.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty

Bernhardt upholstery carries a lifetime warranty on frames and springs as long as the piece remains in its original fabric, three years against abnormal loss of cushion resiliency, three years on manual reclining and sleeper mechanisms, one year on power reclining parts, and five years on innerspring sleeper mattresses. Bernhardt casegoods are warranted for three years from shipment to the dealer, with natural materials and fabric or leather components covered for one year.

Coverage is for the original purchaser under normal residential use and must be started through Seldens as your authorized Bernhardt dealer, with your original dated proof of purchase and photos of the issue. Normal wear, pets, sun exposure, improper care, natural variations in wood, leather and stone, and commercial use are not covered.

Every piece is backed by its manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by brand.

In-stock pieces ship as soon as they're prepared — usually within a week. Special orders are made to order by the manufacturer, so they take longer; your designer gives you a lead time when you order. Either way, we'll call to schedule your delivery once the piece is in and inspected.

White glove delivery is $299–$599 anywhere in Washington State, based on your ZIP code — we carry it in, set it up in your room, and take all the packaging away. Will Call pickup from our Tacoma warehouse is free. You can check your exact fee in the Shipping tab above.

Yes. With white glove delivery our team unpacks, inspects, assembles and places each piece in the room you choose, then removes all the packaging. There's nothing left for you to put together.
