“I work closely with my clients to ensure their spaces are both functional and exceptional,” Christa says. “Understanding that color creates not just an impression but an emotional connection is important. My role is to understand what my clients’ needs are and what they are trying to communicate, and determine how color, material and finish can convey this.”

Christa brings three decades of experience to the Seldens team. With degrees in interior design and fine arts, as well as a certification in ergonomics, she has worked on a vast array of commercial and residential projects, including 5-star and boutique hotels around the Northwest, Seattle restaurants and even the homes of a few professional athletes.

Over a varied and accomplished career, Christa has drawn inspiration from a wide swath of sources. “To find inspiration, I like to intermingle my many creative endeavors — interior design, photography, art collecting and international travel.”

“Every design project is unique,” she adds. “It’s about solving problems and creating innovative solutions that will ultimately affect my clients on an everyday basis.”
