15 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 

We want to help you create a space you never want to leave. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy on all in-stock orders. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 15 days from the date of delivery. If you decide your item(s) isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

STOCKED MERCHANDISE

Standard purchase of stocking product from our showrooms and warehouse or incoming stock is not subject to a restocking charge.

The consumer may return the product providing it is in the original condition within 15 days. 

There will be no refund of delivery charges and a pick-up charge of equal amount will need to be paid before scheduling the pick-up.

Last Chance, Final Sale, As-Is, and Clearance Center merchandise are NON-returnable.

SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE

Consumers who order running line identical product as shown in our showrooms, may return the product with a 20% of the sale price restocking charge on returned or cancelled items (various bed sizes included, except Cal-King).

The consumer may return the product providing it is in the original condition within 15 days. 

We reserve the right to initiate a "no return" policy with certain unique or high value products. 

There will be no refund of delivery charges and a pick-up charge of equal amount will need to be paid before scheduling the pick-up.

IN-STORE CUSTOM ORDER MERCHANDISE

Consumers ordering product that is "not identical" and/or not represented in our showrooms are subject to a 33% of the sale price restocking charge on returned or canceled items.

The consumer may return the product providing it is in the original condition within 15 days.

We reserve the right to initiate a "no return" policy with certain unique or high value products. 

There will be no refund of delivery charges and a pick-up charge of equal amount will need to be paid before scheduling the pick-up.

RETURNS

If you decide your item(s) aren't quite right, you have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Our team is here to help.

You can return your product for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your item(s) is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. All returns will incur a $49 return-shipping fee. 

Returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional $50 per item repackaging fee.

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less repackaging fees (if applicable), and outbound and return shipping fees.

WARRANTY

Sometimes things just don't go as planned. In the unlikely event your item(s) arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please get in touch.

Our manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the products’ date of delivery.

If you experience issues with your item(s), please let our team know. We will organize replacement parts, repair, and in necessary cases, a complete replacement.

Please note that our warranties are non-transferable and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
