Please ensure all balances are paid in full when scheduling delivery. As precise timing is difficult to predict due to routing, traffic, and other factors, please be available throughout the day of the scheduled delivery. In case of emergencies or if you cannot be present, inform our delivery department at 253-620-6367.


Please notify us at least 24 hours before picking up your merchandise, as the items need to be unboxed, assembled, and inspected. Bring tie-downs and blankets to secure your items, as we are not responsible for tying down products. Call us at 253-620-6367 to schedule your pick-up.                   

Returns and Exchanges on Stocked Merchandise

You may return products in their original condition within 14 days. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Products will require a 50% deposit before the order can be placed. 

Returns and Exchanges on Custom Order Products

All special ordered products will require a 50% deposit before the order can be placed.

A 72-hour cancellation window is provided after the sales order is submitted and deposits collected.

No cancellations are accepted after 72 hours if the product has been ordered. The client remains responsible for the ordered product(s) and all associated balances owed. Installed and custom fabricated merchandise (including COM applications) are non-returnable. Examples include floor coverings, draperies, top-of-bed items, cut yardage, etc.

Clearance Products

Final Sale, As Is, and all Clearance merchandise are non-returnable. 

5yr Accident Protection Plan

We suggest adding a 5yr Risk protection plan to help insure your investment against accidents. A 5yr risk protection plan can be added to new orders placed up until the date of delivery. For more information, please ask your designer. 

Warranties and Service Information

Repairs for defects in workmanship and/or materials will be made without charge within the first year for items covered under vendor’s warranty. After the first year, service will be billed to the owner at the prevailing rate.

Warranty periods will vary depending on materials and collections. For more information, please refer to the manufacture’s website.

Repairs or replacements for defects in workmanship and/or materials, excluding fabric, will be made at no charge to the original purchaser during the first year of the warranty period.
