Meet Brooke
Over her more than 30 years working in interior design, Brooke cites the individual nature of each new project — and of each client — as the reason this profession feels like her calling. “Being able to create different spaces for different people is what I love most about this work,” she says. “We are not all the same, and our spaces should show our personalities or something that represents our families or us. I enjoy getting to know my clients so that, together, we can transform their space into a place they never want to leave.”
She approaches each of her projects methodically, ensuring that she has a solid understanding of what her clients are imagining and hoping for. “First, I like to sit down, sketch and talk about the specific ways they use their space,” Brooke says. “I ask questions about carpet, hardwood, wall colors and any existing pieces. The more information a client can give to me, the more I can help them be less overwhelmed with a project.”
When she isn’t on a project, Brooke enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. “Boating, cooking, entertaining — it just depends on the time of year.”

I just completed my second full home remodel and furnishing with Brooke Schuldt from Selden’s. She has also helped me with smaller projects as well. Brooke has a talent and knowledge of design that is outstanding. She has a multitude of resources at her disposal and is an absolute joy to work with. Her team at Seldens including the warehouse and delivery (white glove crew) make the process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Brooke and the Selden’s team.
We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Seldens. Brooke was so helpful in finding us a replacement glass tabletop when the company that we originally bought it from went out of business. And it was ready and delivered weeks before her original estimate. Brian and Bosco kept us updated on the delivery day of their arrival time. They were very professional and courteous while in our home.
I wanted to share what a great experience we have had on our recent Selden’s purchase. Your designer Brooke was exceptional in picking our fabrics/pillows and was always accommodating……then we get to delivery today. WOW. Amazing texting, calling, following through and then Michale and Nick was absolutely special in attention details and set the furniture up with excellence.
