What's included with white glove

Our delivery professionals treat your home, and your new pieces, with care. Every white glove delivery includes:

  • Every piece inspected at our warehouse first
  • Beds set up in your home
  • Chair glides installed
  • Drawers adjusted
  • Everything leveled
  • Table leaves pre-fitted
  • Existing pieces moved to make room
  • All packing materials removed

Artwork & mirrors

We'll deliver artwork and mirrors, but we ask that you have them professionally hung.

Scheduling your delivery

Once your order is ready, our team will call to schedule your delivery and walk you through what to expect. Balances must be paid in full when you schedule.

This is the time to tell us about anything that could affect the delivery, so we can bring the right truck and plan enough time.

  • Narrow roads or driveways (small truck needed)
  • Local delivery-time restrictions
  • Gated entry or access codes
  • Proof of insurance for high-rise or condo buildings
  • Multiple flights of stairs
  • Service elevator reservations

On delivery day

Routing and traffic make exact timing hard to predict, so please plan to be available throughout your delivery day. If something comes up, call our delivery team at 253.922.5700.

  1. We arrive and say hello

    A delivery professional will knock, introduce themselves and ask where you'd like each piece.

  2. We check the path

    The team makes sure there's room for a clean delivery and moves a few things out of harm's way if needed.

  3. We bring it in and set it up

    Each piece is carried in, assembled and placed in the room you choose.

  4. You inspect everything

    We unwrap and wipe everything down so you can look it over before we go.

  5. We clean up

    All packing materials leave with us.

Will call pickup

Will Call is located on the side of Bassett Tacoma at our warehouse. Please call 253.620.6376 at least 24 hours ahead. Your items need to be unboxed, assembled and inspected before you arrive.

Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 10 am–5 pm · Sat 10 am–4 pm · Sun closed

Bring tie-downs and moving blankets. Our team will help load, but we aren't able to tie down or secure items in your vehicle.

When will my order arrive?

In-stock pieces are marked on each product page above the Add to Cart button. Once they're ready at our warehouse, we'll call you to schedule.

Special-order and custom pieces are made for you by the manufacturer. Your designer will give you an estimated lead time when you order, and we'll call as soon as your piece arrives at our warehouse. Questions about a specific order? Email hello@seldens.com.

How much does delivery cost?

White glove delivery is a $299 flat rate within Washington State. Picking up from our Will Call warehouse is free.

Do you deliver outside Washington?

Our standard service area is Washington State. For anywhere else, ask your designer or email hello@seldens.com and we'll let you know what's possible.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes. Please plan to be available throughout your scheduled delivery day, since routing and traffic make exact times hard to predict. If something comes up, call our delivery team at 253.922.5700.

Will you assemble and place my furniture?

Yes. White glove delivery includes carrying everything in, assembly (beds, table leaves, chair glides), leveling and placing each piece in the room you choose. We'll also take all the packaging with us.

Can you hang art or mirrors?

We deliver artwork and mirrors, but we ask that you have them professionally hung.
