In-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, in original condition (delivery charges are non-refundable). Special orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of ordering; after that they're final. Clearance, Final Sale and As-Is items are final sale. Damaged or defective? That's a warranty repair — we'll take care of it.

Every piece is backed by its manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — one year on most brands (coverage varies by manufacturer). For life's accidents — spills, pets, rips, burns — add our Easy Care plan for 5 years of accident protection; if you never use it, it converts to Seldens store credit. Need a repair?
