Description

At a glance this reads as a sleek, modern lounge chair, slim through the arms and softly rounded at the shoulders. Then a single press of the control panel sets the back, footrest, headrest and lumbar moving together, easing you into a relaxed reading position, and a second press carries you all the way down for a nap. Settle in and a gentle rocking motion takes over before you ever recline.

Below, a round wood pedestal brings warmth that sits naturally beside oak floors, walnut casegoods and woven textures, and it turns a full circle so you can face the window, the fire or the conversation. Small, medium and large frames let you fit the chair to the person who will sit in it most, then finish it in the leather and wood tone that suits the room.

  • Four built-in motors drive the headrest, back, lumbar and footrest, moving them together in one synchronized glide or adjusting each on its own
  • Integrated control panel in the right armrest with HOME, HEAD, BACK and FOOT buttons; HOME returns the chair upright in one smooth movement
  • Upgraded Plus™ system tips the headrest forward and adjusts lumbar support automatically as you recline, with preset TV and sleep positions a single button away
  • Soothing rocking motion on front and rear swing links with sealed precision ball bearings, locking steady automatically once the footrest opens
  • Long, slender tri-fold footrest that tucks neatly away and supports the legs comfortably at any angle you choose
  • Seat and back frame of solid steel with convex curved springs, wrapped in foam with ComfortZones™ and finished with a generous layer of foam and fiber for a supple, cushioned sit
  • Outward-angled armrests of laminated beech and solid wood, padded in foam and fiber for a roomy, well-supported fit
  • Round Moon pedestal base in laminated beech with a full 360-degree swivel, stained in rich Walnut or deep Wenge
  • Upholstered in Paloma leather, a slightly corrected, dyed leather sealed with a thin protective lacquer for easy everyday care

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty

Stressless guarantees the internal mechanism and construction of its recliners and sofas for 10 years from delivery, including the mechanical functions and the internal steel and wood framework with its metal springs. The base (including the swivel ring, gas lift and extensions), all foam and interior padding, and power motors, electronics and accessories are covered for five years.

Stressless power batteries are covered for two years, and using third-party batteries voids the entire warranty. Leather or fabric upholstery, including stitching and zippers, is covered for one year when cared for using Stressless guidelines. Some natural settling of padding and foam is part of the break-in process. Register your warranty with Stressless, and contact Seldens for service.

Every piece is backed by its manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by brand.

Common questions

In-stock pieces ship as soon as they're prepared — usually within a week. Special orders are made to order by the manufacturer, so they take longer; your designer gives you a lead time when you order. Either way, we'll call to schedule your delivery once the piece is in and inspected.
