End & Side Tables

Wood end and side tables are the quiet helpers of a room, holding a lamp, a morning coffee or a stack of books right where you sit. We carry side, end, drink, lamp and nesting tables in finishes like antique cherry, pecan, java and rustic walnut, some with marble, stone or raffia tops. Find the right height for your sofa at our Tacoma, Bellevue or Olympia showroom.

Buying guide

Getting the height right

Match the arm height. An end table works best when its top sits within a couple of inches of the sofa or chair arm. That keeps a lamp and a drink in easy reach.

Choose the shape by spot. Round tables soften corners and leave room to pass. Rectangles and squares sit flush beside a sofa arm and hold more. The Furniture Shape filter includes nesting and oval styles too.

Go slim between chairs. Most tables here are 30 inches wide or less, and many are under 20. The Width filter helps you find a narrow drink table for a tight spot.

Think about storage. A drawer or lower shelf keeps remotes and reading glasses off the top. Use the Table Type filter to move between end, side and accent styles.

Pair it with your seating. Bring the arm height of your sofa or chair to a showroom, or book a free design consultation for help pairing tables with your seating.

Common questions

Can I return a wood end table?

In-stock end and side tables can be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Delivery charges aren't refundable. Special and custom orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of ordering, and clearance pieces are final sale.

How long does a special-order end table take?

Lead times vary by maker, and each product page shows its own estimate. In-stock end tables are ready much sooner, for delivery or free pickup.

Can I see these end tables in person?

Yes. Anything marked On display is on the floor in one of our showrooms in Tacoma, Bellevue or Olympia, open Monday–Saturday 10–6 and Sunday 11–5. Call ahead if you want to make sure a specific piece is at your nearest showroom.

How do I protect a wood end table?

Use coasters under drinks and felt pads under lamps and decor. Dust with a soft, slightly damp cloth following the grain, and keep the table clear of hot afternoon sun that can fade the finish.

Do my end tables need to match?

Not at all. Two tables with similar height and visual weight read as a pair even in different woods or shapes, and mixing a round table with a square one adds a collected look.
