Living Area: A View Worthy of Celebration

The living room is the heart of the penthouse, a space where low-profile furniture keeps the panoramic views center stage. The Sausalito Sectional offers ample seating while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic. Positioned strategically, the Zanzibar Sanderson Media Wall Unit serves as a functional and stylish centerpiece, perfect for evenings spent unwinding.

Adding a playful touch is the Poker Table, situated next to a window so you can enjoy games with friends while gazing at the Sound. The room's sophisticated vibe is punctuated by statement pieces like the Zanzibar Tripoli Hall Chest, which brings textural contrast to the space.

The dining area continues the theme of understated elegance. Anchored by the Zanzibar Wellesley Rectangular Dining Table, the space is complemented by Latham Upholstered Arm Chairs and Side Chairs, combining comfort with sophistication. The larger scale of these pieces helps maintain the minimalist vibe while making a statement.
