In-stock pieces can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, in original condition (delivery charges are non-refundable). Special orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of ordering; after that they're final. Clearance, Final Sale and As-Is items are final sale. Damaged or defective? That's a warranty repair — we'll take care of it.
Warranty
Every piece is backed by its manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship — one year on most brands (coverage varies by manufacturer).
