      How to choose the right piece

      Start with the space. Measure the spot, the doorways and the path in, and leave room to walk around the piece. Every product page lists exact dimensions.

      Then think about how it will be used. Leather wears in and wipes clean, and performance fabrics stand up to kids, pets and everyday spills. Special-order pieces let you choose the fabric, leather or finish.

      Common questions

      Can I see these pieces in person?

      Yes. Anything marked On display is on the floor in one of our showrooms in Tacoma, Bellevue or Olympia, open Monday–Saturday 10–6 and Sunday 11–5. Call ahead if you want to make sure a specific piece is at your nearest showroom.

      What does "Special order" mean, and how long does it take?

      Special-order pieces are made for you in the fabric, leather or finish you choose. Most arrive in about 8–14 weeks, and each product page shows its own estimate. In-stock pieces are ready much sooner, for delivery or free pickup.

      Do you deliver and set up furniture?

      Yes. Our White Glove Delivery team brings each piece into your home, places it, and takes the packaging away.

      What is your return policy?

      In-stock pieces can be returned in their original condition within 14 days. Delivery charges aren't refundable. Special and custom orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of ordering, and clearance pieces are final sale.

      Can a designer help me choose?

      Yes. Our designers can help with sizing, fabrics and finishes, in a showroom or in your home, and the consultation is free.
