“The key to design is knowing your client so the space reflects them and their lifestyle,” says Cody. Having literally grown up in the world of interior design (he comes from a family of designers), Cody knows well how to best help his clients realize the look they’re after. “I get to know a client first. From there I can guide them to the best pieces and materials to suit them and their needs. Design isn’t a transaction; it’s a creative process that comes together through collaboration.”

Cody finds his inspiration from travel, magazines, fashion and his clients — their hobbies, passions and lifestyles. With a specialized degree in Interior Design from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, Cody says he most enjoys using his knowledge and expertise to help his clients create “a home that reflects them and what they love. I want them to have a space they can call their own and feel proud of.”

During his downtime, you’ll find Cody spending time with his wife and new baby. You might also see him walking his two golden retrievers at the beach or exploring wineries!
