The Stickley story began with three words: “Als Ik Kan”—to the best of my ability. This old Flemish craftsman’s phrase has been the guiding principle of Stickley since 1900. Gustav Stickley marked his product with these words to assure clients that Stickley furniture was of the finest quality—every piece made with honor, integrity, and pride.

The St. Lawrence Collection takes a restrained approach to furniture craft while creating a natural, relaxed feeling of home. Bold silhouettes emphasize the beauty of superb solid oak, and wire brushing reveals broad, textured cathedral grains. With St. Lawrence, Stickley has updated traditional millwork in a way that is refreshingly current. Quiet metal details and clean moldings are among the touches that create a time-honored yet subtly contemporary look.

Stickley’s original Mission collection is truly timeless. The clean lines demonstrated in the collection look as good and functions as well in today’s home as it did when the pieces were originally designed. All Mission furniture is hand crafted in Central New York with American Hardwoods.

The Park Slope collection reforms familiar Arts & Crafts style into softer, organic curves seamlessly highlighting brilliant hardwood and honest construction.

Modern. Tapered. Light. The Highlands collection is defined by its carved motifs, pierced slats and overhanging cap rails inspired by renowned architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh. All Highlands furniture is hand crafted in Central New York with American Hardwoods.

Harvey Ellis inspired designs feature signature inlays and graciously curved crossrails originally designed for Gustav Stickley.

In Walnut Grove, Stickley has combined flowing lines inspired by modern design with moments of sophisticated handwork that beautifully showcase the furniture-maker’s art. Contours are carefully sculpted, and structural elements are set apart to incorporate air and create a floating lightness.

Origins by Stickley includes three bedroom groups designed with timeless style and outstanding value in mind. It’s an attractive option for those furnishing a first home or redecorating a guest suite. In the Gable Road group, Shaker style is reimagined. The Dwyer group evokes a modern feel, and the Revere group is a nod to traditional styling. Each piece is handcrafted using time-honored Stickley construction features, like locking bed rails and soft-close drawers, and our impeccable attention to detail.
