When approaching a new project, Mary’s philosophy is straightforward. “Looks are important, but comfort is king,” she says. “I work closely with you to create a plan that meets your lifestyle and your budget — we’re going for a personal and comfortable reflection of how you live today.”
Her customer-centric approach radiates throughout her entire process. “One of my favorite things about this work, besides working with beautiful materials and products, is the connections with other people,” she says. “My clients also inspire me. I’ve been rewarded with so many extraordinary stories from clients — their adventures, courage and resilience often astound me.”
Mary approaches each project with an inquisitive mind. “Curiosity and investigation up front are important,” she notes. “I have my own style, but it’s essential to truly listen to what a client likes and wants for their home. Design is a process, and I help clients create beautiful spaces that speak in their own unique voice.”
Mary holds a bachelor’s of art in Business Marketing and Interior Design from Seattle Pacific University. In her free time, she’s just as busy as when she’s working. You’ll find her traveling, cooking, reading, hiking, learning Spanish or dabbling in graphic design.
