With bachelor’s degrees in Design and Art History, as well as having owned her own remodeling business for 25 years, Kirsten brings a comprehensive perspective to her work that’s backed by a solid understanding of the ins and outs of home design.
She approaches each of her new projects by honing in on her customers. “Their lifestyle, hobbies, favorite colors and the aesthetics they are drawn to are where we begin,” she says. “We’ll fine-tune the project from there.”
Kirsten’s design inspirations come from a wide variety of sources, including nature, world architecture, woven goods and textiles. “I love the research I get to do for my clients when we’re looking for the perfect piece of furniture, or the perfect rug, accessory, etc.,” she says. “Every day is different and brings new challenges!”
But what doesn’t change is her dedication and passion for her clients. “I love the variety of people I meet in this role. And I love that my friends become my clients and my clients become my friends.”
During her downtime, Kirsten loves sewing, crafting, cooking, being in the outdoors with friends and family, traveling and skiing.
